Turn Qualified Referrals Into Referral Income

The PBS Referral Partner Program gives approved partners a simple way to introduce qualified business owners to Palermo Business Solutions, and earn commission when those referrals become approved clients.

Make the Right Introduction and Let PBS Handle the Rest

The PBS Referral Partner Program is built for people who can identify, connect with, or introduce qualified business owners who may benefit from the support PBS provides. You do not need to sell PBS services, quote pricing, or close the deal. As an approved referral partner, your role is simple: find the right opportunity, make a clean introduction, and submit the referral through the approved process.

Find the Right Business Connections

Whether through your existing network or new outreach, you can create referral opportunities by connecting qualified business owners with PBS.

No Selling or Pricing Required

You do not need to pitch services, quote pricing, or close the deal. PBS handles the review, sales process, proposal, and onboarding.

Earn When Referrals Become Clients

When your eligible referral becomes an approved PBS client and meets the program requirements, you may earn commission under the referral partner terms.

ABOUT PBS

Palermo Business Solutions helps business owners bring more structure, clarity, and follow-through to their operations. PBS supports businesses with practical services, stronger systems, and better visibility so they can make decisions with more confidence.

PBS operates from clear standards, not just service offerings. Our core principles shape how we communicate, make decisions, solve problems, and build trust with the businesses we support. They reflect the way PBS approaches client relationships, partner expectations, and day-to-day execution: with transparency, accountability, integrity, reliability, empathy, humility, and respect.

Back to Basics: The Palermo Method is PBS’s structured approach to helping owner-led businesses move from reactive decisions to clearer direction, stronger alignment, and better execution. It connects leadership, culture, operations, sales, and finance so businesses can grow with more structure and less chaos.

A Clear Path From Referral to Commission

PBS designed this Partner Program to be simple, clear, and easy to follow. Once you are approved, your role is to identify qualified business opportunities, make a professional introduction, and submit the prospect through the approved PBS process. From there, PBS reviews the lead, handles the sales conversation, prepares the proposal, manages onboarding, and confirms whether the referral qualifies for commission.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions before applying? Here are the basics to help you understand how the PBS Referral Partner Program works.

People who can identify qualified business opportunities and make respectful, professional introductions may apply. You do not need to be a specialist, consultant, or salesperson to be considered.

Approved partners may refer prospects for services currently approved under the PBS Referral Partner Program. PBS may add, adjust, or limit the services available for referral over time.

No. Referral partners do not sell, price, negotiate, or close PBS services. Your role is to identify a qualified prospect, make a clean introduction, and submit the prospect through the approved PBS process.

You may earn commission when your submitted prospect becomes an approved PBS client and meets the program requirements. PBS reviews each referral and confirms whether it qualifies for commission.

Approved referral partners may earn 8.5% of the approved PBS service fee for each eligible engagement. Commission is based on the service fee PBS charges for its actual work, not on pass-through costs such as sales tax, software fees, reimbursed expenses, third-party services, or other costs PBS is only passing through.

Commission becomes eligible after the referred client signs the engagement, makes the required first payment to PBS, and PBS confirms that the referral and engagement meet the program requirements.

Once a commission is earned and approved, PBS processes partner payments on the 1st and 15th of each month. These are payment processing dates, not the date a commission is automatically earned. A commission must first be eligible, approved, and confirmed by PBS before it is included in the next available payout cycle.

PBS may pay through methods such as PayPal, Zelle, or another PBS-approved payment method, and partners must provide complete and accurate payment information before payment can be released.

Yes, as long as your outreach is professional, respectful, and follows PBS rules. Partners must use approved messaging and should not use spam, pressure, fake urgency, misleading claims, or unapproved promises.

After you submit a prospect through the approved PBS process, PBS reviews the referral to decide whether it can move forward. This may include checking that the information is complete, confirming the prospect is a real business contact, reviewing whether the prospect fits the current approved services, checking for duplicates or existing PBS records, and confirming that the prospect is open to being contacted or introduced.

If the referral is accepted for the next step, PBS handles the sales conversation, pricing, proposal, closing, onboarding, and commission eligibility review. PBS may also ask for more information, continue reviewing the referral, or decide that the prospect does not qualify.

Submitting a prospect does not automatically mean the referral is approved, credited, or eligible for commission. PBS makes the final decision based on the program rules and the information available.

No. PBS reviews all applications before approving referral partners. You are not considered an approved partner until PBS confirms your approval.

If your referral is not approved, PBS may reject it, ask you for more information, or mark it as not eligible for attribution or commission.

This can happen if the prospect is not a fit, the submission is incomplete, the prospect was already known to PBS, the referral was submitted outside the approved process, or the referral does not meet the Lead Criteria, program rules, or commission requirements.

Submitting a prospect does not automatically mean the referral is accepted, credited, or commission-eligible. PBS reviews each referral before deciding whether it can move forward.
