If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms or services provided, and it cannot be resolved through informal communication, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
Only if mediation fails shall either party seek resolution through arbitration or legal action, subject to the governing law above. Where applicable, your Engagement Agreement may provide more specific dispute resolution provisions.
