Johnny Palermo spent over 15 years leading in the automotive collision industry, gaining firsthand insight into where businesses break down and where leadership succeeds. Building on that experience, he launched, scaled, and successfully sold several businesses, including Gaskets Rock, a wholesale distributor in the commercial refrigeration industry, and Home Run Maintenance, a one-stop shop offering home repair, remodeling, service, and construction. He also ventured into real estate and photography.

Returning briefly to the automotive collision industry, Johnny observed persistent challenges such as outdated thinking, cultural stagnation, and resistance to genuine change. He saw clearly that most businesses don’t fail because of a bad product. They fail due to misalignment between leadership, culture, and operations.

These insights motivated Johnny to restart Palermo Business Solutions, bringing practical, real-world experience to businesses of all sizes. His approach combines operational clarity with emotional awareness, helping leaders spot hidden gaps that weaken performance, trust, and growth.

At PBS, Johnny helps business owners simplify complexity, align their teams, and build companies that work effectively and continue to thrive.

Aileen brings steady support and structure to PBS, making a difference for both our team and our clients. She started by providing executive and administrative help, but her role has expanded to include client coordination, document management, lead follow-up, outreach, and marketing support. Aileen keeps communication clear, organizes details, and helps our daily work run smoothly. Her reliability, care, and follow-through are now a key part of what PBS relies on.

MJ brings versatility and energy to PBS, supporting many parts of our business. She started with Zoho CRM development support, but her role soon expanded to include business development, marketing operations, outreach, website management, systems support, and partner communication. MJ solves problems, keeps projects on track, and steps in wherever she is needed. Her initiative, wide skill set, and follow-through are now essential to how PBS operates and grows.
